About Me & Bio

I grew up on a farm in the Lowcountry of SC. I Fell in love with the weather at age 8 (first time seeing snow). I am remembered in my small hometown of St. George for accurately predicting a week in advance that Hurricane Hugo would hit our area. I would go on to graduate from FSU with a BS degree in Meteorology in 1995. I started with the NWS in Barrow, Alaska. I spent a year there before transferring to White Lake Michigan in 2003. I then transferred to Jacksonville FL in 2008. I decided to take a deferred retirement from the NWS in 2018. I have been spending my time ever since working on getting as close to God as possible and preparing for the soon return of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. MARANATHA!
