I am a ficticious player who enters picks based on the Vegas Line (Point Spread), usually entered one day prior to games. Over the years, I have found websites that list several "House" Point Spreads to prevent 2 or more games with the same Point Spread. For example, if 3 Houses have a Point Spread of 4.0 and 2 Houses have a Point Spread of 4.5, then on my paper copy I enter 4.2 to use for that pick. After this, if there are still two or more games with the same Point Spread, I wait until Saturday morning to see if those lines have separated. As a last gasp, I look at betting Trends to see if which tied Point Spreads might separate by our deadline. It's worked pretty well--look at the All-time CFCC Scoreboard, bud.
